Step 1You the consumer call into the office to request a free estimate for your renovation project.

Step 2Our friendly staff ask a few questions, as well as your availability for an appointment.

Step 3We book you an appointment date & time.

Step 4A sales represenative will come out to your home on this predetermined day to take measurements of the products you would like replaced. As well as answer any questions that you may have.

Step 5Within 3 - 5 days of the salesperson visiting your home you will be contacted by our office to book a date that the salesperson can come back out to present your quote to you.

Step 6On this predetermined day the salesperson will come out to your home & present your quote to you. If you choose to proceed with our quote, the salesperson will sign a contract with you, and collect a deposit.

Step 7Your product is then ordered. Once your product is received our friendly staff will once again contact you to set up an installation date. This will also provide you with the amount of time required to complete your install.

Step 8The day of your install an installation crew will arrive at the location between 7:30am & 8:30am. this of course may change depending on the weather or if your location is out of town. If the weather is not appropriate a new installation date will be set up.

Step 9The crew will install all of your product in the amount of time pre determined at the time you booked the installation date. This includes the removal of the old product, installation of the new product as well as clean up & disposal of old product.

Step 10Once the installation is complete, you will be asked to pay the final balance owing, and sign a completion form.

Step 11You will be contacted within 2 - 3 days of your install to see how well everything went.
